Common Rail Fuel Tester
The tester is used for testing of pumps used in the Common Rail system.
Use examples
- testing performance and efficiency, assessing defects and failures
- comparing of parameters of different pumps, pump working demonstration
- setting the number of impulses per rotation
Technical parameters:
- filling factor of the square-wave 0 ÷ 100% with a step every 1% and 0.1%
- square-wave frequency 10 ÷ 500Hz with a step every 10Hz and 50Hz
- total energy efficiency of outputs around 12A with 12V
- outer device control, two-way relay control max 10A, 24V
- pressure sensors power supply 5V or 12V, measure 0 ÷ 5V, calibration possibility
- pulse rotation sensor power supply 5V or 12V, measure 0 ÷ 100 V (Hag or inductive)
The tester's facilities
- three outputs with a variable filling factor and variable frequency
- output for a pump 3rd-section shut off solenoid
- relay output
- two pressure measurement inputs
- one rotation measurement input
- calibration of the pressure measuring circuit

Common Rail Fuel Injector Tester
The tester is used for testing of injectors used in the Common Rail system.
Use examples:
- testing performance and efficiency, assessing defects and failures
- comparing of parameters of different injectors
- Injector working demonstration
Technical parameters:
- injector's opening time 200 ÷ 2000µs with a step every 10µs
- injector's opening frequency 1 ÷ 50Hz with a step every 1Hz (max 200Hz for one injector working)
- setting the number of impulse counting 1 ÷ 10000 with a step every 1
- outer device control, two-way relay control max 10A, 250V
The tester's facilities:
- electromagnetic and piezo injector control
- adjustable opening time
- adjustable opening frequency
- switching on single injectors or all injectors in sequence
- counting of activation/shutdown impulses, and work stoppage after the counting has been effectuated
- synchronic control of the outer switch on/off device after the activation and stop
- setting the number of impulses per rotation

Diesel Injection Pump Tester
The tester is used for testing the VE injection pumps used in TDI system.
Use examples
- small and big pumps (cars and trucks) performance and efficiency testing
- finding defects and failures, comparing the parameters of different pumps
- injection pump working demonstration
The tester's facilities
- setting the injection dose (possibility of automatic adjustment)
- setting the injection advance
- reading the position of the dose controller from the potentiometric or HDK sensor which is compatible with the regulatory data worked out by Bosch
- on/off controlling with the Start/Stop solenoid
Technical parameters
- filling factor of the square-wave for a solenoid dose
0 ÷ 100% with a step every 0.1% (frequency around 200Hz)
- filling factor of the square-wave for a solenoid angle
0 ÷ 100% with a step every 1% (frequency around 40Hz)
- total energy efficiency of outputs: around 24A with 12V

Electromagnetic and Piezo Unit Injector Tester
The unit injector tester (TPPW) was designed to control the UIS injectors and the UPS pumps. It enables opening and closing the coils and piezo elements in fixed time.
The activation of the injector controlling output is executed by passing the tripping control impulse to the input, e.g. from the driveshaft position sensor.
You can use practically any mechanical attachment used for assembling, driving and administering of the fuel to the tested injector element.
