ENGINE STANDS

Inline Petrol Engine
The engine stands are important didactic elements of the professional skill education in the view of growing needs for technical materials in the new teaching programs that have replaced the workshop methods. In the first stage of the education process they enable teachers and instructors to teach the construction of a particular engine, the layout of its subassemblies, the order rules, the characteristics of assembly, control measurements of the parts of the engine, and many more (such as maintenance work).
In the second teaching phase the engine stands enable safe assembly and disassembly works, and replacement and verification of the following units:
- engine camshaft
- replacement of a cylinder head gasket
- changing of a water pump
- evaluation of the condition of a connecting-rod and piston system
- and many more
In the third education stage the stands enable controlling of students' practical skills in applying tools, evaluation of their knowledge of the procedures of the maintenance and repair works, f.ex. camshaft replacement.
They are also used for carrying out standard examinations for the profession of an auto mechanic.
The offer includes inline and V engines (diesel and petrol). The engine placed on a rotary stand is equipped with a complete set of accessories together with a part of the electric system as well as sensors and actuators of the control system. It enables learning the control and measuring actions of the subassemblies' electric parameters.
